Complaints
If you have a problem, ask about it at the time.
If the help isn't helpful, we want to know about that.
We actively seek your feedback on any aspect of our products or services that you think would benefit from improvement. If you find us remiss in any way, we ask you to follow these 3 steps:
- For online learning, email or, if you have attended a Workshop, email workshops@iibg.ac.nz to let them know your concern.
- If you are not satisfied with the response you receive, for Online courses, put your concern in writing in an email to the manager admin@iibg.ac.nz : or for Workshops, to workshops@iibg.ac.nz and we will get back to you within seven days.
- If you are still unhappy with this response, refer your complaint to a Chief Executive of School of Business and Government, P O Box 25 125, Wellington and again, we will undertake to get back to you within seven days.
If you are still not happy, you should refer the matter to the New Zealand Qualifications Authority, PO Box 160, Wellington.
